 When you locate your horse, if it is available from a TRF facility,  fax your completed application to the TRF-MMSC (859-246-3082) and we will process it for you.  If it's from any other adoption agency, click on the Paricipating Organizations link in the HORSES tab  to go to the agency's website for their applications.
