. . Marcie Do is an 11 year old 16.1h, solid bay, TB, with a roman nose, and great feet. Just as most horses, Marcie likes people, being bathed; and groomed. She has been in stalls off and on during her lifetime, but does better with more turn out. If she stays in the stall more than a day she might have swelling in her ankles. A companion suits Marcie fine. She ties well, but we leave the rope where it can be untied quickly She has not been cross tied. Marcie loads fairly well the trainer’s 4 horse slant load with a step up ramp. She has been in a drop ramp trailer also.

She can do training level Dressage. Her stride can make a perfect W. She has participated in three schooling shows last year. She has been taken to other places to get used to loading and riding in the trailer.

Marcie’s trainer has her on trail riding in a field or along the road. Marcie is still cautious if something has changed. I do think that she can become a good trail horse, if someone would pick this for their type riding. Marcie has gone over cross poles in free lunging very well. She tucks in very pretty. She has had limited experience with a rider over cross poles, but did well.

Marcie is a loving horse that does not bite, kick, or buck. Her original owner wanted to make her a “90 day wonder” race horse. She got either hurt or really scared the week she was to race. They didn’t want her. After .she came to my barn, I took her to a professional trainer for just ground manners and trail riding. This horse needs an experienced rider that has the time to love and enjoy her. My health prevents me from keeping her anymore.
